Credits & Contact Hours at IBIS
The IBIS PGDM program follows a structured credit system aligned with AICTE guidelines, ensuring a balanced blend of academic depth and practical exposure.
- Total Program Credits: 102
- Duration: 2 years, full-time
- Contact Hours: Approximately 1,800+ hours of classroom instruction, workshops, and industry engagement.
Each course is assigned credits based on the number of classroom sessions (contact hours), self-study expectations, and practical components such as projects or fieldwork. Typically, one credit equals 10–12 contact hours, supplemented with guided learning.
In addition to classroom sessions, students are expected to complete:
- Internships (6–8 weeks)
- Live industry projects
- Capstone project in the final term
This structure ensures that students graduate with robust academic knowledge, practical skills, and industry-ready confidence.
